We rented multiple times through Water Trix and we will never go anywhere else. We have always had the best experience with the staff. We had multiple conversations with the owner, David and found him to be so much fun. He was super accommodating as we had three dogs we brought along with us. My family has a boatload of great memories because of the amazing service we received! We will never go anywhere else to rent our boats/wave-runners when we are on Grand Lake.

Our experience with Water Trix was nothing less than stellar. The boat we rented was well stocked and in great condition, along with the add ons (water lily). We felt like royalty from the time we arrived to the time we left. I would not hesitate to return and do business with them again!

Dave and crew are simply amazing. We rented a boat to see if we would continue down the idea path of one day owning a boat. The process of renting from Water Trix was fast and easy! So step 1, taking a boat out on the water for a full day of adventure on the lake. The boat was in great shape and performed exactly as we had hoped. We rented a lily pad as well so we could anchor up and have fun swimming! It was so much fun and we made such great memories. We are grateful to Water Trix for their part and look forward to coming back! P.s. With the price of a boat, storing the boat, and the amount of times we would use the boat per year, I believe renting a boat is still cheaper per year and we can drive multiple types of boats!

This was our first experience on a pontoon and tube couch. My husband, I and our four kids had THE BEST TIME! Boat was super easy to drive and navigate. Tube couch was perfect. The guys were so chill and very informative. They were patient with us and so friendly. We want to make this a yearly event and we will use Trix every time. A visit with Trix, the dog, was an added bonus.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I absolutely would!! Last minute 6 days rental with no notice, David was more than accommodating to our request. Very friendly when we got there. Seth took GREAT care of us and anything we needed the entire time we were there. Very laid back and informative anytime we had any questions. We were familiar with boats, but not the area and Seth was great with telling us the cool spots on the lake to check out. We asked if we could swap out the raft we had for the couch for the last couple of days and it was not an issue. Seth made sure the boat was ready to go for us with a full tank every morning!! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a boat or jet ski rental. These guys are absolutely wonderful! We will be back when we visit again!

We were a group of 7 ladies celebrating a birthday! Seth did an excellent job explaining how to drive the pontoon boat and navigating the lake. He made take off and docking super easy! We enjoyed our adventure on Grand Lake!

I had so much fun! The experience was overall 10/10. It was quick and easy to get learn how to use the jetskis with the help of our amazing instructors.

Water-Trix is the BEST of the best! David went above and beyond to make sure our family of 14 had a day full of fun and memory making. His boats are top notch and he goes out of his way to make sure what you’re wanting is what you get. We will definitely be back to do this again and we’ll be sending all of our friends and family to Water-Trix.

Decided to rent a waverunner before buying one. Chose this place based on reviews. It did not disappoint. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were given thorough instructions on the operation of the ski. Wife and I had a blast! Would definitely rent from here again.

Was looking for a place to rent a boat on grand Lake which most places it’s hard to book the same day. I called and walked in and while they didn't have an opening for the afternoon they did have a boat for 6 pm which the attendant advised would actually be better so we can enjoy the sunset. The whole place is family run and everyone was so friendly, patient, and helpful and even helped us carry items out and warned us to come back close to the dock before it gets too dark so we can enjoy the ride back. Great experience and the price was much better than any other boat rental I worked with. We live more than an hour away but will rent again with them next time we want a rent a boat for sure !

We had a fantastic trip out on a pontoon this weekend.We loved that they even allow pets with a fee. We had a “sunset putting” not what we originally planned but it was amazing.

Had a great weekend - enjoyed both the large pontoon boat at sunset and the jet skis in the morning.

That was some of the best fun we’ve ever had!!! The staff there was literally the best and we will 9000% be back!!

Last minute lake trip for our group meant day of jet ski reservations. The crew at Water Trix were great to work with, very friendly and the equipment was in great shape. Would work with them again for sure!!
